Gillian Marshall is a Canadian singer/actor from Southwestern Ontario. She is a recent graduate from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre and Dance and has participated in musicals such as “A Chorus Line”, “The Wizard of Oz”, “The Little Mermaid” and “Footloose”. While acting is a main part of her life, singing has recently opened doors for her to release her first recording of original material.
After competing in and ultimately winning Season 5 of Raise Your Voice Singing Competition, Gillian’s first place prize brought her into the studio to record her debut self-titled EP.
Gillian is constantly working on creating her own new music and loves every second of it. “Singing is my passion and I will continue to work as hard as I can to make all my dreams come true. Thank you to my parents, siblings, family and friends for helping me make it this far. I truly could not have done it without you.”
With her EP set for release Feb. 24, Gillian is busy with photo shoots, filming videos and performing live. Life is good.
